Stephen pestered his Mom for 2 years to get him a guitar at age 12. When he was 14 he blew off 2 fingers of his left hand. Fingers repaired, he taught himself to play by learning from others who played what he liked, (James Taylor and Gordon Lightfoot). He played with "Allan & the Angels" in Layton, Utah and "Thump" in Seattle, Washington. Stephen and Jan have been entertaining with novelty songs and comedy for over 20 years throughout Utah. He has also entertained children at several schools throughout the Wasatch front & Washington. These experiences created in him a desire to have fun with his audiences. Stephen has many interests which include, boats, motorcyles, inventions and lately his Navion airplane.
